Jeff, I've been reading your blogs and see that you have come a long way in your training methods and the time you have been spending on it.That is the real secret to working with horses. I am very proud of you. Chris has a horse that would be a good prospect to work on, and she has thought of you, but the distance is an obsticle.he is a somewhat recently gelded black and white paint with good confo.,but is a bit sparky for Chris. She had a young Girl work with him,but needs your style of training. She was just given an eleven year mare with paint papers. a very pretty chestnut that is trained very well, too. The doners daughters have just started collage and they are downsizing their herd. The mare has no faults that I can see and is in good health. On another topic, I just got home from their place from an eleven day hunting trip,Every one around got a deer but me.Glen got a 3 point on opening day the guy in the blind to my left got a 7 point the next day and the guy to my far right shot a 7 pointer, but couldent find that night.......he found it the next day in the woods not far from where he shot it, but the coyotes had totally devoured it ,even the head parts leaving only the antlers.I ran out of gas on the way home on the freeway just north of St. Johns, but a man gave Me a couple of gallons to get to a station.Nice guy.Hannah and me really appreciated it.Home safe now, though.
